Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Blood Labs, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Description of Service

Blood Labs is a personal health tool that lets you import, store, and compare blood lab results on your device. The app works offline, keeps your data locally, and helps you track markers over time. Blood Labs is not a healthcare provider and does not offer clinical services.

Medical Disclaimer

Blood Labs is for informational and personal record-keeping purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reference ranges and trends shown in the app are not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your health and before making medical decisions.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter or import. If you create profiles for family members, you must have their consent to store and manage their lab results. You are also responsible for securing your device and any backups you create. Do not use Blood Labs in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Blood Labs for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app’s source code except where permitted by law. You may not use the app to distribute malware, interfere with its operation, or misuse it for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property

Blood Labs, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. Your lab data and content you add remain yours.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Blood Labs is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of extracted or displayed values, and uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that OCR or other import features will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blood Labs and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if the app was free.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use to reflect changes to the app, legal requirements, or our practices. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Blood Labs after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
